Enrollment fees are not refundable for any reason.

You may reschedule for another course within six months from the original reservation. You may be required to pay additional fees if you reschedule. See the FAQ:

This policy applies to students who enrolled with Cycle Lloyd's prior to January 3, 2012.  Students who enroll after January 3, 2012 are subject to NCMT's policies regarding enrollment fees and rescheduling.  These policies may be found on the "Beginner" page of NCMT's website, linked here.  Please call the NCMT offices at the number below if you have any questions.
